Questions investors ask first.
Every situation is different — a short strategy call is the best way to get specific answers.
Book a strategy callHow do you evaluate a rental property?
Rent comparables for the unit mix, realistic operating expenses (taxes, insurance, maintenance, vacancy, management), financing costs and the resulting cash flow and cap rate. You see the full worksheet, not a summary.
Single-family or multi-unit?
Single-family homes are simpler to finance and resell; 2–4 unit properties can offer stronger cash flow and still qualify for residential financing. We’ll compare both against your goals and budget.
Can you help with a 1031 exchange?
Yes — I coordinate timing and the search for replacement property alongside your tax advisor and qualified intermediary, so the exchange deadlines are met.
Do you work with out-of-area or overseas investors?
Yes. Many clients buy from outside the area or from Korea. Showings by video, document review in Korean or English, and local contractors and property managers I trust.
