THIS is the property you have been waiting for! Arriving here you will appreciate the low maintenance desert landscape, privacy and the beautiful mountain backdrop that is perfect for your early morning hikes or evening walks to watch the sunset. Entering the home feels like you have just walked into brand new construction. That is because the owners remodeled every part of this property from the studs all the way to roof. Which by the way has been painted with a heat reflective coating. Each room has it's own mini split for heat/ac, plus the swamp cooler & wood burning stove to keep a comfortable temperature all year long. Indoor laundry is another huge perk this home has to offer. The detached 2 car is truly a 2 car garage with storage space, plus a 10x12 storage shed. This property is truly set up for whatever you desire. A full time residence, a weekend hang out. Located perfectly in the middle of Hammertown USA (Johnson Valley) or Joshua Tree national park it would also make a good Air bnb.
